Camshaft Installation

CAMSHAFT INSTALLATION
1. Coat the camshaft with prelube GM P/N 12345507 or equivalent.





2. Install the camshaft.
3. Install the camshaft thrust plate.

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the camshaft thrust plate bolts.
^ Tighten the bolts to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
