DTC C0078 ECM Torque Reduction Fault

Resulting Effects:
ECM inhibits Engine TCS from operating.

Fail Action:
This is a fully recoverable fault code.

Conditions for Clearing the DTC
^ C0078 can be set when ignition is present. A fault has been detected by the ECM which would cause TCS to be inhibited.
^ The fault is sent to the EBCM from the ECM.

Diagnostic Aids
^ ECM malfunction preventing torque reduction permanently.
