Headlamp Washer Pump: Service and Repair

Headlamp Washer Pump (V11)

The headlamp washer pump is installed in the right wheel housing on the windshield washer fluid reservoir and headlamp washer system.

• Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

• Remove the key.

Removing

- Remove the front bumper cover.

- Pull the headlamp washer pump - 2 - upward and out of the container - 1 -.






- Disconnect the connector.

- Pull the clip on the connector to remove the connecting pipe, and pull it off of the headlamp washer pump - 2 -.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Bleed the headlamp washer system after finishing assembly, refer to => [ Headlamp Washer System, Bleeding ] Procedures.
