Cruise control system, troubleshooting

System does not work:

If a fault is found using the following troubleshooting procedure, check the wiring between the control unit harness connector and the suspected component.

The speed signal (necessary for cruise control operation) can be suppressed by faults in other systems; for additional information, see index for speed signal checking procedure.

If all measurements and specifications are obtained, replace the control unit for the cruise control.

^ Brake lights function OK
