Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 1

• Different versions of the pulley are installed, depending on compressor construction type and engine version.

• Pulley, removing from compressor and re-installing. Refer to => [ Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 1 ] Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 1





1 - Screw

• Replace

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

• Loosening and tightening, refer to => [ Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 1 ] Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 1

2 - Drive plate

• Different versions.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 1 ] Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 1

• Disengages with torque to high (e.g. compressor produces friction)

3 - Circlip

• Replace

• Install on proper side (level side to compressor)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 1 ] Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 1

4 - Belt pulley

• Rubber element of pulley disengages when torque is too-high (e.g. compressor produces friction) and pulley runs freely without driving the compressor.

• Different versions

• Removing and installing => [ Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 1 ] Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 1

• Under certain conditions (e.g. rough engine idle), rubber element of pulley can disengage without a malfunction existing at compressor or in refrigerant circuit.

5 - Compressor

• Different versions are installed, depending on engine version and country version of vehicle.

• Clean compressor flange before sliding on pulley.
