Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system (VAS 5051 A)

- Connect (VAS 5051 A) and then perform vehicle-specific entry into Guided Fault Finding and select Go To button "function/component selection". Refer to => [ VAS 5051 Connecting and Selection Functions ] Scan Tool Testing and Procedures.

Then

- "Chassis (Repair group 01; 40 - 49)".

- "34 - Level control (Repair group 01: 43, 44)".

- "01 - On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems".

- "J197 - Level control system control module functions".

- "J197 - Replace control module".
