EGR Valve: Service and Repair

EGR Valve Replacement:
1. Disconnect vacuum hose at EGR valve.
2. Loosen pipe clamp.
3. Unscrew EGR valve.
4. Coat bolts with "anti-seize".
5. Install new valve with new gasket and torque bolts to 30 ± 2 Nm (22 ± 1 ft. lbs.).
6. Reconnect pipe and vacuum hose.
