SUBJECT
E70 N62TU: Pressure Sensor Fault 2D32

MODEL
E70 with N62TU produced from 10/06 up to 09/07

SITUATION
The DME fault code "2D32 Differential-pressure sensor, intake manifold: plausibility - Intake manifold pressure below threshold" is stored. There is no drivability complaint from the customer.

CAUSE
The situation is caused by an erroneous DME mapping.

PROCEDURE
This fault will not affect the vehicle's drivability and will not cause a "Service Engine Soon" light to be illuminated.

Please do not replace any part.

Please clear the fault memory.

The diagnostic strategy has been corrected in production in 09/07 with the I-level E070-07-09-500.
