Heater Core Replacement (RHD)


REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Service and Repair
2. Remove the seal from around the heater core and evaporator tubes.




3. Remove the heater core cover screws (1).




4. Remove the heater core retaining screws (1).




5. Remove the heater core retaining straps.
6. Remove the heater core.
7. Remove the heater core case seals.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the heater core.
2. Install the heater core retaining straps.
3. Install new heater core case seals.




4. Install the heater core retaining screws (1).




5. Install the heater core cover screws (1).




6. Install the seal around the heater core and evaporator tubes.
7. Install the HVAC module assembly.
