Air Outlet Replacement - Defroster
AIR OUTLET REPLACEMENT - DEFROSTERREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the instrument panel assembly.
2. Remove the defroster duct screws (2).
3. Remove the defroster duct (1).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Insert the locating pins on the defroster duct (1) into the locating tabs on the HVAC module.
2. Install the defroster duct (1) screws (2).
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Tighten
Tighten the screws (2) to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).
3. Install the instrument panel assembly.
