Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet (LS6)

Tools Required
^ J38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Position J38185 to the clamp in order to remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the engine.





3. Position J38185 to the clamp in order to remove the radiator outlet hose from the radiator.
4. Remove the hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
1. Position the radiator output hose into the vehicle.





2. Position J38185 to the clamp in order to connect the hose to the radiator.





3. Position J38185 to the clamp in order to connect the hose (2) to the engine.
4. Fill the cooling system.
