Service Procedure: Overview

INSPECTION





Inspect all doors for "Double Hung Hinges" (see Illustration below). If already installed on all doors, no further hinge service is necessary. Install Campaign Identification Label and return vehicle to owner or to dealer stock. If the vehicle does not have "Double Hung Hinges" already installed on all doors, proceed with the "REPAIR" portion of this service procedure for those doors requiring "Double Hung Hinges".


REPAIR


NOTICE: Prepaint all new hinges body color prior to installation. Also, painted surfaces of the door and fender should be protected.
