Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect intake duct, then remove air cleaner assembly.
2. Remove mass air flow sensor (MAF), if equipped.
3. Raise and support vehicle, then drain engine coolant.
4. Disconnect electrical connectors at cooling fans.
5. Remove upper radiator mounting panel, then cooling fan assembly.
6. Disconnect oil cooler lines, then remove coolant sensor, if equipped.
7. Lower vehicle and loosen receiver/dryer bracket.
8. Disconnect upper and lower radiator hoses, then overflow coolant hose.
9. Disconnect heater hose and clamp, if equipped.
10. Remove upper radiator mount, then radiator assembly.
11. Reverse procedure to install.
