Park/Turn Signal Lamp Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the upper air intake splash shield.
2. Remove the headlamp assembly bolts.
3. Pull the headlamp assembly upward and outward to remove.
4. Twist and remove the socket bulb (2).
5. Remove the bulb by pulling outward.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the socketbulb (2).
Align the slots and twist the bulb.
2. Install the headlamp assembly (3) to the bracket assembly (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notices in Service Precautions.

3. Install the headlamp assembly bolts (5).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

4. Install the upper air intake splash shield.
5. Inspect the headlamp for proper operation.
6. Aim the headlamps according to the to the manufacturer's instructions. Refer to the following procedures:
^ Headlamp Aiming (Preparation)
^ Headlamp Aiming (Visual)
^ Headlamp Aiming (Mechanical)
