Planetary Gear Set Disassemble

Disassembly Procedure

Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution Safety Glasses Caution in Cautions and Notices.




1. Remove the clutch B/E. Refer to Clutch B/E Disassemble 26. Clutch B/E Disassemble.
2. Remove the rear sun gear.




3. Remove the planetary gear set.




4. Remove snap ring from the front ring gear.




5. Remove the rear planetary gear set.




6. Remove the axial needle bearing.




7. Remove the front gear set with the rear ring gear, the front sun gear, and the oil trays.




8. Remove the oil trays and the front sun gear from the planetary gear set.
