Engine Block Heater: Testing and Inspection

If engine block heater fails to operate, perform the following inspections:
- Check the power supply.
- Check the engine block heater cord connections at the power supply and at the heater.
- Check the engine block heater cord for proper routing, opens, or shorts.

If all the above check good, replace the engine block heater.
