1120-04 LEFT POWER WINDOW SWITCH STUCK1120-04 Left Power Window Switch Stuck:
WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on.
SET CONDITION
The Body Control Module (BCM) detects a stuck left power window switch, or a short to ground on the Right Power Window Switch Sense circuit.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Left power window switch sense circuit short to ground
- Left power window switch
1. POWER WINDOW SWITCH SENSE CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND
Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the BCM harness connector.
Disconnect the Left Power Window Switch harness connector.
NOTE: Check connector - Clean/repair as necessary.
Measure the resistance between ground and the Left Power Window Switch Sense circuit.
Q: Is the resistance below 100k ohms?
YES: Repair the Left Power Window Switch Sense circuit for a short to ground.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test
NO: Replace the Left Power Window Switch.
