4-Step A, Checking Engine Timing

1. Connect timing device to engine, then have assistant start engine while you look for timing marks.
2. Ensure timing is 0---16°BTC, then proceed to check valve timing.
3. If timing is not 0---16°BTC, proceed to Step B.
