Removal and Installation

WARNING: On models with anti-lock brakes, the brake booster system must be depressurized before disconnecting any hydraulic lines or fittings. Depressurize the system by pumping the brake pedal a minimum of 25 times with the ignition in the OFF position.

NOTE: All brake components are unique so do not interchange components.

1. Remove brake pads.
2. Remove brake flex hose from caliper and discard copper sealing washers.
3. If necessary, remove two caliper anchor frame bolts, then lift caliper/anchor frame assembly off rotor.
4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Use new copper sealing washers.
b. Perform system brake bleeding procedures.
