Front

REMOVAL
1. Raise vehicle on a hoist.
2. Disconnect the front stabilizer bar from each front stabilizer bar link and both stabilizer bar brackets. Remove the front stabilizer bar assembly.
3. Remove the stabilizer bar mounting bracket adapters from the clamps.
4. Cut the worn insulators from the front stabilizer bar.

INSTALLATION
1. Coat the necessary parts of the front stabilizer bar and the inside diameter of the stabilizer bar insulator with Rubber Suspension Insulator Lube E25Y-19553-A or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESF-M99B112-A and slide insulators onto the front stabilizer bar.
2. Install adapter brackets on clamps.
3. Using a new nut and bolt, secure each end of the front stabilizer bar to the front suspension lower arm. Tighten nuts to 16-22 Nm (11-16 ft. lbs.).
4. Using new nuts, clamp the front stabilizer bar to the mounting brackets on the bottom of rail. Tighten bolts to 60-80 Nm (44-59 ft. lbs.).
5. Lower vehicle.
