Rear






REMOVAL
1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove and discard four bolts and stamped nuts retaining rear stabilizer bar to brackets in rear suspension lower arm.
3. Remove rear stabilizer bar from vehicle.

INSTALLATION

NOTE: Make sure rear stabilizer bar is not installed upside down. A color code is provided on rear stabilizer bar (passenger side only) as an aid for proper positioning.

1. Install four new stamped nuts on the rear stabilizer bar over each retaining hole.
2. Align four holes in rear stabilizer bar with holes in brackets in rear suspension arm and bushings.
3. Install four new bolts. Tighten bolts to 47-63 Nm (35-46 ft. lbs.).
4. Visually inspect installation to make sure clearance between rear stabilizer bar and rear suspension lower arm is adequate.
5. Lower vehicle.
