Brake Pad: Testing and Inspection

Check for fluid contamination and wear. Replace a set of pads if defective.


NOTE: If a squealing or scraping noise occurs from the brake during driving, check the pad wear indicator contacting the disc, the brake pad should be replaced.


CAUTION: The pads for the right and left wheels should be replaced at the same time. Never "Split" intermix brake pad sets.

All pads must be replaced as a complete set.
