Air Door Position Sensor / Switch: Testing and Inspection

TEMP. ACTUATOR POTENTIOMETER

1. Connect voltmeter to pin 1 (+) and pin 6 )-).




2. Inspect that voltage changes up to air mixing door position pushing temperature S/W up and down. (COOL:17 °C, HOT: 32 °C)

NOTE: Cool means that the mix door is open to cool side. Of course, warm is opposite.
