This bulletin concerns pen-and-ink changes to be made to the specified workshop manuals. Make all notations shown below in the appropriate manuals.

SERVICE PROCEDURE




Cross out the printed torque specs and write in the proper figures. Select the appropriate 1984 workshop manual shown (KB, KB82 or JR), then turn to the listed page, find the problem area as noted, and make the proper changes.

MANUAL PAGE DISCREPANCY

KB 01-61 "Caps; connecting rod with
bearing". Torque specifications are incorrect. (See Fig. 1)

BOOK CHANGE

1. Change kg-m to the following range: 5.8-6.2.
2. Change (ft-lbs) to the following range: (42.0-45.0).
3. Make this same change in all the following workshop manual locations:
