Thermal Vacuum Valve: Service and Repair

Caution: This operation should be performed on a cold engine.

Thermal Vacuum Valve:

1. Remove three vacuum hoses from thermal vacuum valve.
2. Unscrew valve from coolant manifold.
3. Be careful when fitting new valve, not to break off vacuum connections.

NOTE: These valves were fitted from Engine # 8S57762 up to Engine # 8S64244.
