Canister Purge Control Valve: Service and Repair

Charcoal Canister:

The purge control valve is fitted in the line of the vacuum hose between the charcoal canister and the engine.
- Unplug the electrical connector from the purge valve.
- Disconnect the vacuum hose from each side of the valve and remove the valve.
- Fit a new valve and reconnect the two hoses. Plug in the electrical connector.
