Fuel Injector: Service and Repair

1. Remove wiring harness bracket.
2. On non-turbo models, remove EGR modulator valve bracket.
3. On all models, remove vacuum pipe mounting bolts.
4. Disconnect air hose from throttle body.
5. Remove engine hanger and the dynamic chamber mounting bolts and nuts.
6. Lift dynamic chamber and disconnect fuel return pipe bracket from intake manifold.
7. Disconnect electrical connectors at injectors.
8. Remove delivery pipe together with pressure regulator and pulsation damper.
9. Remove grommets, injectors and insulators.
10. Reverse procedure to install, using new O-rings.
