1. Disconnect distributor electrical connector.
2. Connect ohmmeter to terminals of connector, Fig. 49.
3. Check resistance between terminals. At 68°F, there should be 210---260 ohms between terminals A and B, between terminals C and D and between terminals E and F.
4. If resistance is not as described, replace distributor.
