Flex Plate: Service and Repair

REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
1. Remove in the order shown in the illustration, referring to Removal Note.
2. Install in the reverse order of removal, referring to Installation Note.

Drive Plate Mounting Bolts (1)
1. Set the Special Service Tool (SST) against the drive plate.
2. Remove the bolts and the drive plate.

Installation Note





Drive Plate Mounting Bolts (1)
1. Set the SST against the drive plate.
2. Tighten the drive plate mounting bolts gradually in the order shown. Tighten to 61 - 67 Nm (45 - 49 ft. lbs.).
