Brake Shoe: Testing and Inspection

BRAKE LINING THICKNESS INSPECTION
1. Remove the brake drum.





2. Inspect the remaining thickness of the lining. Replace both left and right brake shoes if either is at or less than the minimum thickness.

1.0 mm (0.04 inch) min.
