Dropping Resistor: Service and Repair

DROPPING RESISTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [LJ4A-EL]
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the dropping resistor connector.
3. Remove the dropping resistor.
4. Install the new dropping resistor.
Tightening torque
7.9 - 11.7 Nm (80 - 120 kgf.cm, 70 - 104 inch lbs.)
5. Connect the dropping resistor connector.
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
