PRECAUTIONS FOR SERVICE PANEL PARTS

Service Notice:

When using service panel parts which have cavity sections (such as the hood, trunk lid, door body sill, crossmember, pillar, etc.) be sure to perform the following anti-rust measures.



^After repair work, apply anti-rust wax to cavity sections.
^ Rustproofing wax for these sections is commercially available. Nissan recommends Datsun Heavy Duty Rust Preventive, 99990-10070 (Tecty1 506-G).

^ Be sure that the rustproofing material does not clog the body panel drain holes.
