Scanning the A/C and Engine "car zones" in the connector data base, you still don't find the cooling fan listed. Under the "underhood" car zone, you find the listing for "cooling fan". You verify that part number 12033769 is a two way connector, so you believe this is the correct part. The parts department then contacts PARTECH (1-800-433-6961) and explains the need for a cooling fan connector with the OE part number 12033769. The PARTECH advisor checks the GMSPO system and advises that this connector is available in connector repair kit part number 12058674. You order that part.

2. If PARTECH is unable to locate the requested connector part number in a repair kit; The advisor confirms that the parts are not routinely serviced and you will have to place an order through SPAC using the No Part Number process. When the SPAC advisor is contacted, they assist you in placing a special, priority order direct with Packard Electric Division for the parts requested. The components are typically shipped within 24 hours direct to your dealership.
