Compartment Door Hinge Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the console storage bin.
2. Remove the console compartment door.
3. Remove the fasteners (1) from the console compartment door plate.




4. Remove the door plate.
5. Remove the fasteners (1) retaining the hinge to the console compartment door.
6. Remove the hinge.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Align the hinge to the console compartment door.

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the hinge fasteners (1).

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).




3. Install the console compartment door plate.
4. Install the door plate fasteners (1).

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

5. Install the console compartment door to the console.
6. Install the storage bin.
