CVC - Direct Mount

COMPRESSOR PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE INSTALL (CVC - DIRECT MOUNT)




1. Clean the pressure relief valve seat area on the A/C compressor.
2. Lubricate the O-ring of the new pressure relief valve.
3. Install the new pressure relief valve into the A/C compressor.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the pressure relief valve to 8 N.m (70 lb in).
