SERVICE MANUAL REVISION


The torque specification for some front suspension components have been revised to prevent possible friction type suspension noises when turning. In addition the lower arm mounting clamp to crossmember flange bolt has been changed from a class number 7 to a class 10 bolt.


The new flange bolt can be used on earlier built vehicles. Refer to Figure 1 for new part number and revised torque specifications.


Permanently affix the attached revised pages (2-3, 2-24 & 2-25) in the 1990 Laser Service Manual, Publication Number 81-270-0175.
