Description:

CAUTION: The seat belt assembly and/or bracket assembly must be replaced as a unit only. Do not substitute parts for any reason, or personal injury could result.

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
2. Remove one front seat belt lower anchor bolt.
3. Gently pry the B-pillar lower trim panel loose. Remove the panel from the vehicle.
4. Remove the two screws and the B-pillar seat belt guide.
5. Remove one screw and the front seat belt retractor (5) from the vehicle.
6. Open the cover and remove one front seat belt upper guide loop (1) anchor bolt.
7. Remove one bolt and the front seat belt buckle (3) from the front seat, disconnecting the electrical connector (4) (left-side buckle).
