Windshield Washer Hose: Service and Repair

HOSE REPLACEMENT - WINDSHIELD WASHER

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the hood.
2. Disconnect the washer solvent container hose from the windshield washer hose.
3. Disconnect the clip retaining the windshield washer hose to the battery tray.




4. Remove the air inlet grille panel.
5. Disconnect the windshield washer hose grommets from the air inlet grille panel.
6. Remove the windshield washer hose from the air inlet grille panel.
7. Remove the windshield washer hose from both sides of the nozzle (3).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the windshield washer hose to both sides of the nozzle (3).
2. Install the windshield washer hose grommets to the air inlet grille panel.
3. Install the windshield washer hose to the air inlet grille panel.
4. Install the air inlet grille panel.




5. Connect the windshield washer hose to the washer solvent container hose.
6. Connect the clip retaining the windshield washer hose to the battery tray.
7. Close the hood.
8. Inspect the washers for proper operation.
