Warranty claims should be submitted by using the following information on paper warranty claims or through DCS:

VIN Ranges: WPOAAO94-FN450001 to 451912

Warranty Code: R (Note: Use separate claim form for recall)



1. INSPECTION - NOT AFFECTED SUPPLIER

Damage Code: 2038 99 F02 1 for fitting inspection without replacement.

Labor Operation: 2038 1101 for cutting of tie wrap, and visual inspection of fuel line fitting.

Time Units: 20 TU

Part Number: None to be claimed since cost is less than $1.00. Labor time has been adjusted to compensate for cost of tie wrap.

NOTE: Mark hose with a red paint dot to indicate inspection. (See attached claim sample).



2. INSPECTION AND REPLACEMENT OF FITTING

Damage Code: 2038 99 F02 2 for fitting inspection with fitting replacement

Labor Operation: 2038 1102 for cutting of tie wrap, visual inspection, replacement of fitting and replacement of tie wrap.

Time Units: 40 TU

Part Number: 000 043 041 00 fitting and clamp kit

NOTE: Tie wrap cost has been included in labor time to compensate.

Parts $ Amount: $1.43 (See attached claim sample).



In cases where the recall cannot be performed, submit a claim* with the appropriate disposition code by inserting the code in at the last digit of the damage code:

Vehicles shown on our printout are either in transit to you or show as being in inventory. If a retail sale has taken place, report to Vehicle Distribution using a warranty card or DCS, and contact customer accordingly to perform campaign as outlined above.

If owner name and address is shown incorrectly, submit corrections using name/address change postcard from Warranty and Maintenance booklet or recall mailing, or report to PCNA via DCS on the "Recall Owner Update" function.
