Oil Charger Pipe

REMOVAL
1. Remove the air cleaner case or air intake chamber. (Non-TURBO model)
2. Remove intercooler. (TURBO model)
3. Remove starter motor.





4. Remove the oil charger pipe, and remove the O-ring from the flange face.

INSTALLATION





1. Install the oil charger pipe with new O-ring.
Tightening torque: 41 Nm (4.2 kgf-cm, 30.4 ft. lbs.)
2. Install starter motor.
3. Install the air cleaner case or air intake chamber. (Non-TURBO model)
4. Install intercooler. (TURBO model)

INSPECTION
Make sure the oil charger pipe is not deformed or otherwise damaged.
