Evaporator (Cooling Unit)

Disassembly




1. Detach clamp (1) and remove screw (2) to separate evaporator upper and lower cases from each other.




2. Take off case cover and remove evaporator (2) out of position.
3. Remove the following components from evaporator.
- Expansion valve
- Thermistor

Assembly
Reverse disassembly procedure to assemble evaporator.
