A/T - Slips or No Reverse, Slips In 2-3

CAR: ALL 1973 & LATER TOYOTA & VOLVO (A-40 Family)

COMPLAINT:
Various ... loses reverse, slips in reverse, slips in 2-3, no reverse, etc.

CAUSE:
Use of improperly sized seals, sealing rings, and
O-rings. Inside and outside dimensions of sealing rings & O-rings vary slightly on these models.

CURE:




Verify the transmission model with the list shown. Order the parts for that model, verify each part in the overhaul sets, as accurate for its application in the transmission.
