Exhaust System Assembly Overview





1 Front Muffler

2 Suspended Mount

3 Retaining Loop

• Replace if damaged

4 Nut

• 25 Nm

5 Rear Muffler

• Factory installed with the front muffler as one unit. If repair is necessary, replace separately.

• Install the exhaust system free of stress. Refer to => [ Exhaust System, Installing ] Exhaust System, Installing.

• Separating exhaust system, refer to => [ Front and Rear Muffler, Separating and Connecting ] Service and Repair.

6 Suspended Mount

• Replace if damaged.

7 Bolt

• 25 Nm

8 Repair Clamp

• For individual replacement of the front and rear mufflers.

• Installed position, refer to => [ Front and Rear Muffler, Separating and Connecting ] Service and Repair.

• Tighten the bolts evenly.

9 Center Muffler

• Factory installed with the rear muffler as one unit. If repair is necessary, replace separately.

• Install the exhaust system free of stress. Refer to => [ Exhaust System, Installing ] Exhaust System, Installing.

• Separating the exhaust system. Refer to => [ Front and Rear Muffler, Separating and Connecting ] Service and Repair.

10 Bolt

• 25 Nm
