1 Ribbed Belt

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt.

2 Vibration Damper

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Vibration Damper ] Service and Repair.

• Ribbed belt removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt.

3 Bolt

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Vibration Damper ] Service and Repair.

4 Bolt

• 10 Nm

5 Bolt

• 20 Nm

6 Coolant Pump Pulley

7 Bolt

• 50 Nm

8 Ribbed Belt Tensioner

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Tensioner ] Service and Repair.

9 Sealing Flange

• Replacing, refer to => [ Crankshaft Sealing Flange, Vibration Damper Side ] Crankshaft Sealing Flange, Vibration Damper Side.

• Coat the sealing surfaces with sealant (D 176 501 A1).

10 Bolt

• 8 Nm

11 Coolant Pump

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] Service and Repair.

12 Cylinder Block

• Crankshaft overview, refer to => [ Crankshaft Overview ] Service and Repair.

• Piston and connecting rod overview. Refer to => [ Piston and Connecting Rod Overview ] Piston and Connecting Rod Overview.

13 Bolt

• 25 Nm

14 Generator

15 Accessory Bracket

• For the generator and Air Conditioning (A/C) compressor.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Accessory Bracket ] Service and Repair.

16 Bolt

• 23 Nm

17 Bolt

• 23 Nm

18 A/C Compressor

19 Bolt

• For the tightening specifications, refer to => Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Specifications Specifications.

20 Idler Roller
