Thermostatic Air Cleaner: Service and Repair

Air Cleaner Housing:

1. Remove upper air filter housing.
2. Disconnect air duct connections
3. Carefully remove lower housing from chassis mounts.

TAC Control Damper:

Damper Housing Assembly:

4. Remove TAC control damper from lower filter housing.
5. Reassemble in reverse order.
