Replacing the end panel

The extent of the damage may vary and with it the number of components that need to be removed.
See Front section .

Removing the end panel




Drill or grind out the spot welds.
Pry off the component.
Grind clean.
Apply welding primer.
Adjust the end panel.

Hint: Use the painted edges from the removed member as an aide when aligning.

Center the panels at (1).

Installing the end panel




Check the dimensions.
M5 = 465 mm
M6 = 175 mm

Secure.
Weld into place.
