1 Bolt

• 60 Nm + an additional 180° (1/2) turn.

2 Vibration Damper

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Vibration Damper ] Service and Repair.

• Ribbed belt removing and installing. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt.

3 Bolt

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt.

4 Bolt

• 20 Nm

5 Coolant Pump

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] Coolant Pump.

6 Bolt

• 25 Nm

7 Bolt

• 50 Nm

8 Ribbed Belt Tensioner

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Tensioner ] Service and Repair.

9 Bolt

• 25 Nm

• Used for the alignment of the accessory bracket.

10 Bolt

• 25 Nm

11 Generator

12 Accessory Bracket

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Accessory Bracket ] Service and Repair.

• With 2 alignment sleeves.

• Make sure that the seating between the accessory bracket and the Air Conditioning (A/C) compressor is correct.

13 Bolt

• 25 Nm

• The left lower bolt is also an alignment bolt.

14 A/C Compressor

15 Bolt

• 23 Nm

• M8 x 100

• Quantity: 3

16 Idler Roller

• 40 Nm
