Headlamp Washer System Overview






1 T-connection

• Divides washer fluid to spray nozzles of headlamp cleaning system.

2 Angle Coupling

• Connection on left spray jet telescopic cylinder.

• Hose connections of washer fluid lines, refer to => [ Windshield Washer Fluid Hose ].

3 Lift Cylinder With Left Washer Nozzle

• Lift cylinder to bumper cover bolts: 3 Nm

• Spray nozzle holder, removing and installing, refer to => [ Lift Cylinder ] Lift Cylinder.

• Spray nozzles, adjusting, refer to => [ Headlamp Spray Nozzles, Adjusting ] Headlamp Spray Nozzles, Adjusting.

• Washer jet telescopic cylinder, removing and installing, refer to => [ Lift Cylinder ] Lift Cylinder.

4 Lift Cylinder With Right Washer Nozzle

• Lift cylinder to bumper cover bolts: 3 Nm

• Spray nozzle holder, removing and installing, refer to => [ Lift Cylinder ] Lift Cylinder.

• Spray nozzles, adjusting, refer to => [ Headlamp Spray Nozzles, Adjusting ] Headlamp Spray Nozzles, Adjusting.

• Washer jet telescopic cylinder, removing and installing, refer to => [ Lift Cylinder ] Lift Cylinder.

5 Upper Section Of Tank For Windshield Washer System and Headlamp Cleaning System

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Windshield and Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir Upper Section ] Windshield and Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir Upper Section.

• One-part windshield washer system tank, removing and installing, refer to => [ One-Piece Washer Fluid Reservoir ] One-Piece Washer Fluid Reservoir.

7 Angle Coupling

• Connection to Headlamp Washer Pump

8 Headlamp Washer Pump (V11)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Washer Pump V11 ] Service and Repair.

• Checking, refer to => [ Output Diagnostic Test Mode ] Output Diagnostic Test Mode.
