Secondary Air Injection System Assembly Overview





1 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (V101)

• Component location: At front right in engine compartment below the longitudinal member

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Pump ] Service and Repair

• Checking in "Guided Functions"

2 Bonded rubber bushing

3 Air guide hose

• From air filter

4 Air guide hose

• From Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (V101) to secondary air injection combi-valves

5 Bracket

6 9 Nm

7 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) combination valve

• Component location: Left front in engine compartment

• Checking, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking for Function and Leaks ] Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking for Function and Leaks

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves ] Service and Repair

8 Vacuum hoses

9 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) combination valve

• Component location: Left front in engine compartment

• Checking, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking for Function and Leaks ] Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking for Function and Leaks

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves ] Service and Repair

10 Air guide hose

• To engine

11 9 Nm

• In E-box, plenum chamber, passenger side.
